Booking Policy
All new bookings are required to supply credit card details to hold a booking. Credit cards will not be charged unless the client requests this method of payment or a cancellation is made 48 hours prior to time of the booking.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required at either the completion of the service or the commencement of the service or prior to the scheduled service day. Accepted forms of payment at the commencement or completion of service are Master Card, VISA card, cash or cheque. Accepted form of payment prior to service day is by direct deposit. Job Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice prior to service commencement is required to cancel a booking otherwise service will be charged in full. If a booking is cancelled with 48 hours notice, we will make every effort to reschedule the clean however there is no guarantee to reschedule the service prior to the next recurring visit.

Regular Service Policy
Our regular ongoing services are offered on a weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly basis. Receiving a key from the client will make the process of booking a preferred time slot quicker and easier. All regular clients must agree to our terms and conditions including our regular service cancellation policy.

Regular service Cancellation Policy
30 days written notice is required to cancel an ongoing service. Early termination fees apply if less than 30 days notice is supplied. The termination fee is calculated as the total amount forward booked for 30 days from notice of termination.

Quality Guarantee
We value customer feedback and are always looking to improve. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the quality of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of job completion and we will re-clean it to your satisfaction at no additional charge.

Promptness Guarantee
Your time is very precious and we will always endeavour to be on time for
every job, no excuses. If however, our team arrives any more than 10 minutes
late, we will reduce the charge for our services by 25% for that job.

Our Service Commitment
If for whatever reason we cannot attend the service on you scheduled day, you will be contacted as early as possible prior to the commencement of the service, otherwise your next service will be free.

Health and Hygiene
We will always use fresh and clean cloths and micro fibre mops in your home to ensure that there is no cross-contamination. We will always subscribe to the ecologiclean method of cleaning which includes dust extraction technology and the use of non-toxic cleaning products and equipment.

Job Sheet System
We will endeavour to work with each of our clients to finalise their job sheets. The job sheet outlines all of the tasks the client requires to be completed to ensure their satisfaction at the price charged. It is essential that any changes, additions or variations of the tasks required from one clean to the next be communicated by calling 1300 CLEANER or emailing info@1300cleaner.com.au.

lnsurance Commitment
We will at all times maintain our Insurance policy (currently through GIO -policy no.), which is for $10 million cover. This offers protection to our clients on top of our safety procedures and protocols. It also offers assurance for our clients to provide their keys for easier access to conduct the cleaning when they are not in the home so that they can come home to a clean house.
